The users would like to be able to use 3Dconnection devices with Envision. Specifically, Space Mouse was mentioned.

3Dconnexion devices are designed to be used with CAD and other 3D software.

Space Mouse support

Navigation through the 3D environment is cumbersome and awkward in envision. I propose two fold, more thought into native mouse and alphanumeric/arrow navigation, as well as support for 3D connexion style navigation
