Along with the traffic tools, I would love to see a tool that lets you populate a parking lot pretty quickly. Maybe you can delineate the parking area, spacing, how densely parked you want it, etc. And the traffic system will have cars pulling in and out and spaces, cars driving around the lot, etc.
